34-20 Channel of Charisma in the Transits: Power NOW!
Yesterday, the Sun moved into Gate 34: Power of the Great (Power). Which means the Earth is in Gate 20: Contemplation (Now). Together these create the Channel of Charisma: A Design Where Awareness Must Become Deed.
Gate 34 is a sacral gate of pure physiological POWER. Potent, self-absorbed and unaware, the power to survive, differentiate as an individual and display your uniqueness. Gate 20 is totally absorbed in the present moment, fully focused on the NOW. Together, this is a raw power that cannot sit still and demands expression NOW!
Thus, this might be a particularly energizing (and/or exhausting) week.
It’s possible that these transits will empower greater productivity, presence, focus, positive momentum and effectiveness in your work. It’s also possible that this energy will overwhelm you and you’ll find yourself under pressure to be busy busy busy, not even knowing what you’re busy with but unavailable because you’re so busy. The key is always ✨Strategy & Authority✨
When a 34/20 is busily engaged in activity they’ve responded to and expending their energy in deeply satisfying ways, this is when their charisma shines most brightly and they are most impressive in their capacity to get things done.
When this channel tries to do work it hasn’t responded to, it can get carried away by its own misdirected momentum and become inefficient, chaotic and unable to relax.
Let’s talk a bit more about power. I have Gate 34 as my Design (unconscious) Pluto. My body moves me to display my power, often unaware that I am doing it. 😇
Then people will reflect to me, “That was a power move you just made there, Bri” or “That was savage” 🤪 😈 💋
The journey of maturation through the lines speaks to the process of cultivating the confidence to use power subtly and guided by awareness. Knowing how to eliminate/annihilate resistance and assert your independence, but also knowing when enough is enough.
In less mature expressions, Gate 34 can be excessively forceful, or display its power in a manner that threatens and provokes others- line 1 in detriment reads “the ever present risk of retaliation to power displays”.
This week, I recommend making a conscious effort to practice slowing down, checking in with yourself and bringing yourself into presence.
Pay attention to the nature of your attention itself; notice what you focus on. Is it serving you?
Notice where your mind tries to distract you from using your energy in the ways it wants to be used, and open to receive guidance on how you can channel your energy more effectively and efficiently.

Bri
